The Lean Roadmap

The Lean Roadmap has been developed by Peter Rowley. This approach has proven itself in every sector and environment we've worked in to date. It involves a people and process plan and gives a definite structure for a successful improvement intervention. This structure can then become a sustainable model for Continuous Improvement.
